Stage 2 Water Restrictions

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has directed the Stonewall WCID to implement our Drought Contingency Plan (DCP). The SWCID Board is enacting Stage 2 water restrictions for all customers in the District. These include:
- Landscape watering limited to one day per week
- Use of water to wash vehicles restricted to watering days
- Operation of ornamental fountains is prohibited
- Washing sidewalks, driveways, buildings, etc., is prohibited
Please refer to the District's DCP for details by clicking the "Drought Contingency" button on this site. We must take the necessary steps to prevent the loss of drinking water for the basic health and safety of our community.
